1. Characteristics and uses of shielding control cable products:

This product is suitable for the connecting line of ac rated voltage of 450 / 750V and below electrical meters and the transmission line of automatic control system, with oil resistance, waterproof, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance and various corrosive gases, aging resistance, non-combustion and other excellent properties, suitable for metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical and other industries.

Flame retardant fire resistance test follows GB12666-90 standard

Three: use characteristics

1. AC rated voltage: U0 / U 450 / 750KV

2. Operating temperature: the insulation of polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46) shall not exceed 200℃

Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) insulation shall not exceed 260℃

3. Ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed laying-40℃, non-fixed laying-15℃

Fluorinated plastic and silicone rubber sheath: fixed laying-60℃, non-fixed laying-20℃

4. The cable installation and laying temperature shall not be less than 0℃ (fluorine plastic, silicone rubber and nitrile sheath cable shall not be less than-25℃).

5. Allowable bending radius of the cable: the unarmored cable is 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable

Copper strip shielding or steel strip armored cable is 12 times the outer diameter of the cable

Fluorinated plastic insulated and sheathed cables are 8 times the outer diameter of the cable
